BAILEY DIMOND
HEAD TRAINER
When she’s not training, you can find Bailey riding through the canyons on her Harley motorcycle, visiting parks with her 7-year-old boxer, Luna, and strolling local farmers markets. Bailey has a passion for dog training and a soft spot for service dog training. She loves being able to track the growth of dog to handler relationships and seeing the joy of dog training enter homes making them less stressful, happier and more enjoyable places to be for the dog and human alike.
MELANIE BLACKBURN
TRAINER
Melanie is a Utah native who loves theater, dance, and being out in the mountains with her family. She not only trains dogs professionally but has also fostered and rehomed dogs with her husband, Ryan. Before dog training, Melanie worked in Behavior Management for elementary-age children with severe special needs. And while she has experience with an array of disabilities, the majority of her career has been spent teaching children with Autism and she still loves to teach. She has always loved a special case, and that hasn't changed in her work with dogs! Melanie has 3 dogs named Bonsai, Frankenbeans and Murph. Bonsai is a 1.5-year-old Transylvanian Hound / Rottweiler mix who has a nose that never stops. Frankenbeans is a 3-year-old Pug and Murph who is 8, adores tiny puppies, and is her son's service dog trained for mobility and balance.
JULIANA ALLEN
TRAINER
Juliana has spent time in the classroom as a public-school teacher as well as being a dog trainer. She firmly believes that obedience training equals freedom for dogs and their families. Seeing what a difference good obedience training did for her relationship with her dogs she wants everyone to experience those same results. Juliana has a 2-year-old Mini Labradoodle named Archer and a Cavapoo puppy named Jamie. Juliana loves to read, cross-stitch, go on bike rides, and spend time with her family playing with Archer and Jamie.

Sheri has lived in Utah all her life! She enjoys all the different outdoor activities Utah has to offer. Sheri has a goldendoodle named Lucy who is also her service dog! She was a Christmas/Mother's Day present from her daughter after Sheri had a year-long battle with melanoma. In her personal time, she likes to paddleboard with her daughter and her dogs as well as family and friends, hike, and camp! She also enjoys crocheting. Her favorite comfort food is French fries or fried pickles! Can't go wrong with either one!
HALEY HARMAN
CO-OWNER
Haley was born and raised in SLC, UT. She loves everything Utah has to offer, except for the snow. She loves to paddle-board, hike, play pickleball, and rock climb! She has a goldendoodle named Kash and a toy poodle named Remi who are her little sidekicks! She has been a huge dog lover her entire life. Her favorite place in the world is San Diego and her favorite food is french fries with ranch, so healthy, she knows.

Shannon was born and raised in Utah and loves being surrounded by the mountains. She has a 10-year-old white Boxer named Nova who loves to follow her to whatever room she's in; Nova is extremely loyal to her people! Nova's favorite trick is the army crawl, she will try anything for a treat, and she has the best squishy face smile! Shannon loves to spend time with her family, she especially loves playing with her grandchildren. She also likes to read, paddleboard, go to movies, and take her 4-wheelers for a ride in the mountains.
